Ramén KS Ball sector valve with mounting kit
The Ramén KS Ball Sector Valve is the ideal control valve for industrial processes where precision and durability are essential. Made of stainless steel, it features a carbon/graphite-reinforced PTFE seat, Viton® (FKM) O-ring seals, and a shaft seal of modified PTFE, Rulon®, effectively protecting the valve shaft from the media. To further optimize performance, the valve can be provided with standard Stellite metal seat or deep Stellite seat.
The Ramén KS Ball Sector Valve is treated with the environmentally friendly SuperExpanite® surface treatment, making it exceptionally durable and ideal for abrasive media and harsh conditions, all while maintaining a low environmental impact. It is well suited for a wide variety of applications, ranging from controlling clean liquids and gases at moderate pressures and temperatures to more demanding conditions such as slurries, powders, high-velocity flows, large differential pressures, and potential cavitation. The unique design of the KS valve provides key benefits such as durability, compactness, extended lifespan and low maintenance.
In this version the Ramén KS Ball Sector Valve is provided with an actuator mounting kit according to EN-ISO 5211. This product is made by Ramén Valves in Sweden. Certified according to fugitive emission standards ISO-15848-1 and VDI 2440 (TA-luft).
The Ramén KS Ball Sector Valve comes in five different configurations: KS-1, KS-1A, KS-1B, KS-1C and KS-1E. To find the best option for your application please contact us.
