Strainers

Cryogenic strainers are essential components in cryogenic systems, which involve the handling of extremely low temperatures, often below -150°C. Strainers from HEROSE are designed to remove impurities or debris from cryogenic fluids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquefied natural gas (LNG) to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to downstream equipment. They are typically installed upstream of sensitive equipment like valves, regulators, or pumps to protect them from contaminants.
