Changeover valves

Changeover valves are designed to connect multiple safety valves to the same pressure device, such as a liquid gas tank, so that the system is always protected against impermissible overpressure. This ensures that when one safety valve requires maintenance or replacement, the other can remain in operation, keeping your installation secure without downtime.

A typical changeover valve features one inlet and two outlets, making it easy to switch between safety valves as needed. They are widely used with air gases, vapors, and in cryogenic applications handling liquefied gases such as nitrogen. Built for demanding environments, changeover valves are designed to handle pressures up to 250 bar and operating temperatures from -196°C to +185°C.
